COMPANY PROFILE

Y&L Secretarial House Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 1996. The principal activities are on Company Secretarial matters, Accounting Services, Company & Personal Taxation, Management and Consulting Services such as Application for Licenses, Loans Application, Voluntary Winding Up, etc.

In 1999, Y&L Consulting Services Sdn. Bhd. was formed to cater and focus on taxation matters as a result of immense increase in clientele. In 2003, Y&L Companies expanded and moved to Premier Centre at Jalan Burma, a strategic location for the convenience of clients.

Due to rapid growth of their clientele, Y&L Management House Sdn. Bhd. was formed in 2007 to cater and focus on Accounting Services as well as Management and Consulting Services, leaving with Y&L Secretarial House to focus on Company Secretarial matters while Y&L Consulting Services on Taxation matters. Today, the Group has two full time Directors with seventeen staffs working full time at a compact office measuring over three thousand square feet floor space. The number of clients is growing rapidly with the practice of Open Minded and Receptive Management Policy which values Feedbacks and Opinions from Clients and Staff

PRINCIPALS

Yeoh Wee Lee CA(M), ATII

is the director of Y&L Group of Companies. He graduated with Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from University Utara Malaysia in 1990. He was admitted to the Malaysian Institute of Accountants as Chartered Accountant and also an associate member of Malaysian Institute of Taxation. He is also a qualified Tax Agent.

He commenced his career in 1991 with Price Waterhouse Malaysia for 4 years. He had consulted both listed and private limited companies of various industries and sizes in Malaysia whilst with Price Waterhouse. He then moved on to commercial sector from 1994 to 1998 where he worked for Quantum Peripherals (M) Sdn Bhd as Senior Accountant and Dell Asia Pacific Sdn as Asia Pacific Accounting Manager. In 1998, he decided to join a local audit firm, Looi Soo Wah & Co. as Office Manager overseeing the whole Tax and Audit division.

He is one of the founders of Y&L Group and has been instrumental to the set up of Y&L. He is the director of Y&L Group of Companies since its inception in 1996. He left Looi Soo Wah & Co. in 2001 and joined Y&L full time directing Secretarial, Accounting and Taxation services.

Lim Keat Nee CA (NZ), CA(M), CPA (Aust)

is the director of Y&L Group of Companies. He graduated with Bachelor of Commerce and Administration Degree from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand in 1988, with major in Accounting. He was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in New Zealand and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants as Chartered Accountant, and also a member of CPA Australia.

He commenced his career in 1989 with Price Waterhouse Malaysia for 4 years. He had consulted both listed and private limited companies of various industries and sizes in Malaysia whilst with Price Waterhouse. He then moved on to commercial sector from 1993 to 2007 where he worked for Malaysian German Automotive Equipment Sdn. Bhd. and Permanis Sandilands Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of listed company in Bursa Malaysia. In 1998, he was appointed as Regional Manager of Permanis Sandilands Sdn. Bhd., managing the whole operations in Northern Region of Peninsular Malaysia.

He was one of the founders of Y&L Group and has been instrumental to the set up of Y&L. He is the director of Y&L Group of Companies since its inception in 1996. He left Permanis Sandilands Sdn. Bhd. and joined Y&L full time directing Accounting, Management and Consulting services.
